It can be a little overwhelming when you are at the butchers or supermarket and deciding which cut of pork to buy for a meal! There are so many and they cook differently as they come from different parts of the pig. Some cuts are fabulous when slow cooked and others are excellent roasted. There are also many underrated pork cuts such as the bucco or skirt steak!
