Pork burgers are a great alternative to beef burgers and something you can do with pork mince if you want to try something different.
They are a real kids favourite too!
- 500g quality pork mince
- Add to a bowl and season with oregano, salt and pepper
- Finely chop 1 shallot and add to the bowl
- Add one egg to bind
- Add parsley if desired
- Shape into patties and put in the fridge for 15 minutes (this helps keep them together)
- Lightly fry or grill
- Serve in your favourite bun – we love these with chilli sauce, salad and an egg on top!
