How to Make Pork Burgers

Pork burgers are a great alternative to beef burgers and something you can do with pork mince if you want to try something different.

They are a real kids favourite too!

  •  500g quality pork mince
  • Add to a  bowl and season with oregano, salt and pepper
  • Finely chop 1 shallot and add to the bowl
  • Add one egg to bind
  • Add parsley if desired
  • Shape into patties and put in the fridge for 15 minutes (this helps keep them together)
  • Lightly fry or grill
  • Serve in your favourite bun – we love these with chilli sauce, salad and an egg on top!
