Cheale Meats love cooking pork and one of our favourite easy dinners is this Asian style pork chop served with rice.
It is easy to make and tastes delicious!
– Make the glaze by mixing together paprika, honey, salt, mustard powder and a glug of soy sauce and set aside
– start to fry off the pork chops (season)
– pour over the glaze and allow it to crisp up
– serve with pak choi, chopped spring onions and rice
